### Official Rules for the Cobra Coins Black Friday Sweepstakes

**1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:**

Participation in the Black Friday Sweepstakes is free. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

**2. SPONSOR:**

This Black Friday Sweepstakes is sponsored by Cobra Coins, also known as Cobra Coins .com, and cobracoins.com. Cobra Coins is based in Dallas, Texas, USA.

**3. ELIGIBILITY:**

The Black Friday Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the U.S. and its territories who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsor, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate and/or win. An individual will be disqualified if 2 or more entries are submitted by the same individual; all entries submitted by the individual will also be removed from the Black Friday Sweepstakes. Individuals may enter the Black Friday Sweepstakes via Facebook or via email. For emailed entries, please keep reading.

**4. BLACK FRIDAY SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:**

This Black Friday Sweepstakes will begin on November 24, 2024 and will end on November 28th, 2024 at 12 PM CST.

**5. HOW TO ENTER:**

To enter the Black Friday Sweepstakes, participants must:

– Follow the Cobra Coins Facebook page, and

– Share the designated post announcing the Black Friday Sweepstakes to their own Facebook page.

**5.5 ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY:**

An alternate method of entry can be completed by emailing Cobra Coins at: FreeQuote@cobracoins.com Within the body of the email, include your: First Name, Last Name, and a valid phone number to receive a call and/or text message from Cobra Coins in case you are chosen as a winner. Any additional information included within the email will not be considered for entry. See **3. ELIGIBILITY:** for eligibility qualifications.

**6. PRIZE:**

One (1) winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card. Two (2) alternate winners will also be selected should the winner be ineligible, cannot claim the prize, and/or cannot be contacted via Facebook Messenger, or via phone and/or text message(s).

**7. WINNER SELECTION:**

One winner will be selected at random from all entries received. This Black Friday Sweepstakes will conclude on November 28th, 2024 at 12 PM CST. One randomly selected winner will be selected on November 29th, 2024 at or about 12 PM CST. How will the randomly selected winner be chosen? Example: a total of 75 individuals Followed the Cobra Coins Facebook page. A total of 80 individuals Shared the corresponding Cobra Coins Facebook Post. A total of 40 individuals Followed the Cobra Coins Facebook page and Shared the corresponding Cobra Coins Facebook post. A total of 20 alternate entries were received at FreeQuote@cobracoins.com for the Black Friday Sweepstakes, however, only 10 entries by individuals included their First Name, Last Name, and a valid phone number. Therefore, a combined total of 50 complete entries (40 entries via Facebook, 10 entries via email) were received. All 50 entrant’s names will be manually retrieved and numbered 1 through 50 and saved in a Microsoft Notepad document. Duplicate, or similar names – which are not considered to be the same individual – will include links to their Facebook Page or will have their email addresses to easily identify each individual. The True Random Number Generator located at: https://www.random.org/ will be used to Generate a random number using 1 as the “Min” and 50 as the “Max.” At or around November 29th, 2024 at 12 PM CST, the “Generate” button will be selected once. This will result in a random number to be generated by the True Random Number Generator. The randomly generated number will then be coincided with the numbered list of 50 entries located in the Microsoft Notepad. This coinciding person will be known as the Winner. The Generate button will be hit a second time to generate an additional random number. The second, randomly generated number will then be coincided with the numbered list of 50 entries located in the Microsoft Notepad. This coinciding person will be known as the First Alternate Winner. The Generate button will be hit a third time to generate an additional random number. The third, randomly generated number will then be coincided with the numbered list of 50 entries located in the Microsoft Notepad. This coinciding person will be known as the Second Alternate Winner. In the event a duplicate number is generated by the True Random Number Generator, the Generate button will be hit once more.

**8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:**  

The Winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger or via text message/phone call – depending on their method of entry – on November 29th, 2024 at or about 12 PM CST by Cobra Coins. The Winner must respond to Cobra Coins via Facebook Messenger or via text message/phone call – depending on their method of entry – by December 6th, 2024 by 12 PM CST. In the event the Winner does not respond to Cobra Coins via Facebook Messenger or via text message/phone call – depending on their method of entry – by December 6th, 2024 by 12 PM CST, the Winner no longer qualifies as the Black Friday Sweepstakes winner. The First Alternate Winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger or via text message/phone call – depending on their method of entry – on December 6th, 2024 at or about 12 PM CST by Cobra Coins. The First Alternate Winner must respond to Cobra Coins via Facebook or via text message/phone call – depending on their method of entry – by December 13th, 2024 by 12 PM CST. In the event the First Alternate Winner does not respond Cobra Coins via Facebook Messenger or via text message/phone call – depending on their method of entry – by December 13th, 2024 by 12 PM CST, the First Alternate Winner no longer qualifies as the Black Friday Sweepstakes winner. The Second Alternate Winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger or via text message/phone call – depending on their method of entry – on December 13th, 2024 at or about 12 PM CST by Cobra Coins. The Second Alternate Winner must respond to Cobra Coins via Facebook or via text message/phone call – depending on their method of entry – by December 20th, 2024 by 12 PM CST. In the event the Second Alternate Winner does not respond Cobra Coins via Facebook Messenger or via text message/phone call – depending on their method of entry – by December 20th, 2024 by 12 PM CST, the Second Alternate Winner no longer qualifies as the Black Friday Sweepstakes winner and the Black Friday Sweepstakes will conclude with no eligible winner. The qualifying Winner, First Alternate Winner, or Second Alternate Winner will receive the $50 Amazon gift card’s alpha/numeric code via Facebook Messenger, text message or phone call – depending on their method of entry. This alpha/numeric code is redeemable at: https://www.amazon.com/redeem This Black Friday Sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/ or its affiliates. To redeem the $50 Amazon gift card, an Amazon account in good standing with https://www.amazon.com/ is required. Cobra Coins and its affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, and/or misuse of the alpha/numeric code after it’s provided to the qualifying Winner, First Alternate Winner, or Second Alternate Winner. Cobra Coins and its affiliates are not, and cannot be held responsible for the use, misuse, whether legal or illegal of a product or products purchased by the eligible winner when redeeming all or part of the $50 Amazon gift card. **9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:**

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cobra Coins, its affiliates, Facebook, and Amazon from any liability, loss, or damage incurred from participation in the Black Friday Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of the prize.

**10. GOVERNING LAW:**

This Black Friday Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

**11. SPONSOR RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:**

The sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Black Friday Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, or fraud.

**12. PRIVACY:**

Any personal information collected from participants will be used for the purposes of the Black Friday Sweepstakes, and will be used to market the Cobra Coins’ business. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
